Directions for use
CAUTION lavandin is not edible.
For relaxation:
Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser for a calming, soothing effect.
Bath: Mix 10 drops with a neutral base (vegetable oil or milk) and add to bath water for complete relaxation.
Massage: massage a few drops diluted in a base oil on the soles of the feet before going to bed.
For muscular pain:
Massage: Dilute 5 drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and massage into aching muscles to relieve pain.
To disinfect the air:
Disinfectant spray: Mix 20 drops with 100 ml water in a spray bottle to sanitize ambient air.
Disinfectant spray:
Mix 20 to 30 drops of lavandin essential oil in 500 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle and use to disinfect kitchen, bathroom surfaces or door handles.
Precautions:
– Always dilute lavandin essential oil in a base oil for skin application.
– Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
– Do a skin test before extensive use to check for allergic reactions.
– Consult a health care practitioner in case of pregnancy, breast-feeding or for use on young children.
– Lavandin is not edible.
