Fill the diffuser’s water tank and add a few drops of organic lavender essential oil to the water. It’s recommended to start with 3 to 5 drops, but you can adjust the amount according to your preference for aromatic intensity. Clean your diffuser regularly to maintain its effectiveness and prolong its life.
For relaxation: Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser for a calming and soothing effect .
Bath: Mix 10 drops with a neutral base (vegetable oil or milk) and add to bath water for complete relaxation.
Massage: massage a few drops diluted in a base oil on the soles of the feet before going to bed.
For muscular pain: Massage: Dilute 5 drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and massage into aching muscles to relieve pain.
To disinfect the air: Disinfectant spray: Mix 20 drops with 100 ml water in a spray bottle to sanitize ambient air.
Disinfectant spray: Mix 20 to 30 drops of lavandin essential oil with 500 ml water and 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle and use to disinfect kitchen and bathroom surfaces and door handles.
Precautions :
Although lavender essential oil is often considered to be gentle and beneficial, it is important to take precautions when using it on babies and children. Essential oils are concentrated substances extracted from plants, and can be powerful even in small quantities.
Age: Children under 6 are more sensitive, and it is recommended that essential oils not be used on children under 6, except under the supervision of a health professional.
Dilution: If you choose to use lavender essential oil, make sure you dilute it properly in a carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba oil) before applying it to the baby's or child's skin. The recommended dilution is generally one drop of essential oil in one tablespoon of carrier oil.

Lavender or lavandin essential oil can be applied undiluted to the skin. If you prefer, it can be diluted in vegetable oils. (Coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil...).
It is not recommended to use essential oil during pregnancy. If in doubt, do not hesitate to consult a health professional.
Both lavender essential oil and lavender seeds are safe for adults to eat.

Our main activity is the growing of lavender and lavandin, a family history with us for four generations. For years we have been pioneers in organic farming and recognised for the high quality of our work.
It was during a family meal in 2015 that the idea of distributing our products directly came to us. Until then, we had been selling our produce to wholesalers or agricultural cooperatives.
So it was on this impetus that myself, Samuel (22) and my partner Emma (20) decided to devote ourselves to this crop full-time, leaving the production side to my father so that everyone had all the space they needed to best develop their part of the business.
