Immerse yourself in a unique taste experience with our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a marvel of the Plateau de Valensole terroir. Produced with passion for four generations, our oil is a symbol of our family heritage, each drop reflecting the love and dedication to this fertile land.

Although the Aglandau variety accounts for only 20% of national olive oil production, it is the heart of our olive groves, populating 90% of our trees in the Alpes de Haute Provence. Complemented by a few pollinating olive trees, our estate is a delicious blend of 95% Aglandau.

The small scale of our production guarantees meticulous attention to every fruit. These olives are then cold-pressed daily, a process that preserves their aromatic richness and gives rise to a superior quality green fruity olive oil. With its fruity, artichoke-like initial taste and fiery finish, this oil is a true expression of our olive variety and terroir. Whether for seasoning your dishes or for cooking, this intensely flavored olive oil is versatile and will enrich your culinary preparations.

Highly prized and renowned, this oil is rarely found outside local producers due to its high demand and limited production. Our commitment to organic farming and an ecological approach, respecting the natural growing conditions of the olive tree, guarantees extra virgin olive oil with a more pronounced taste. Superior quality oil, obtained directly from olives using mechanical processes only. Cold-pressed. Average nutritional values per 100ml :

FAQ

We produce our own olive oil on the Plateau de Valensole in the Alpes de Haute Provence.

Yes, it is certified organic in France.

Olive oil burns at a lower temperature than other cooking oils, but that's all we use at home, it's part of our Mediterranean gastronomic culture.

Extra virgin olive oil has exceptional moisturising and nourishing properties for the skin on the face and body. Its high content of vitamins A and E, as well as D and K, makes it ideal for protecting (especially in winter) and nourishing even the most sensitive skin.

According to the law, olive oil can be kept for two years after harvesting, but in reality it will lose its ardour but will still be consumable without any problem.

Sélection de produits lavande bio

Our main activity is the growing of lavender and lavandin, a family history with us for four generations. For years we have been pioneers in organic farming and recognised for the high quality of our work.

It was during a family meal in 2015 that the idea of distributing our products directly came to us. Until then, we had been selling our produce to wholesalers or agricultural cooperatives.

So it was on this impetus that myself, Samuel (22) and my partner Emma (20) decided to devote ourselves to this crop full-time, leaving the production side to my father so that everyone had all the space they needed to best develop their part of the business.
