Under no circumstances will we distribute information about you outside our company, which is reserved for the management of orders and can only be communicated to the administrators of the lavande-bio.fr website.
In accordance with articles 39 and following of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have a permanent right of access and correction of the data concerning you by means of the heading My Account or by writing to us:

Payments made online by credit card are made directly on the secure servers of our bank, Crédit Agricole. We do not have access to your bank details under any circumstances.
Shipping & Returns
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole, by cheque or directly in shop.
In the case of an order by post, the order must be accompanied by payment by cheque for the amount of the order, including postage.
DELIVERY COSTS
For all orders, except for in-store collection, delivery costs will be charged. The amount appears before the validation of the order by the customer.

Delivery in 1 week (excluding bank holidays and weekends) without signature.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to article 121-19 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 days following delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of return.
This period is seven clear days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for services. If the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in perfect condition and complete, including packaging.
The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
To avoid any dispute, in the event of loss of the returned product by the carrier, always use a transport service that allows the package to be tracked and insure the package for the market value of the product.
